Positive: It was good at first but when the first problem came their comunication was the worst Negative: We had floods in the bathroom for 2 days, one day it started to rain from the top of the bathroom, there was water everywhere. We texted the owner, we sent 3 videos about this and she said we will take care of it tomorrow, okay no worries, i told her we will be out of room next day between 8am and 3pm(so 7 hours to solve this problem) she said okay we will take care of it. Then we came home at 3pm and there was a man who said to us you cant go in the room for 1hour and a half and then cleaner will come to clean it up. We were tired and we wanted to rest but cant, we cant go to shower, we cant cook since we are soo hungry we can just wait outside of building in extreme heat and die. Its our last day here and its completely ruined. I wouldnt say anything if they would just text us sorry your room is not ready yet but no we came home wanted to rest and they kicked us out. We couldnt even normally go to toilet for 2 days since its the whole flood in the bathroom. She could just gave us another room but no let customers live in water, if i could i would want my money back because this is unnaccaptable! Also the air conditioning didnt work all the time and one day we were out of electricity for 2hours but no worries for this. There was a jacuzzi that was set to 39 degrees in the hot summer where outside was 35 degrees. We tried to set the temperature lower but it was locked to 39 but okay that is my problem nothing wrong with it just maybe customers would rather see if there is a bit colder water in this really hot summer time
