IZ-ZEBBUGA The Penthouse Suite

Do you own a pair of marigolds? Positive: The facilities were good apart from the sink. It doesn't hold the water, making it difficult to wash anything. The jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. Good cooker and utensils if you want to cook in-house. Negative: The freezer needs defrosting. It is affecting the temperature of the fridge. Cleanliness..... on my arrival, I noticed that the bins next to my room, facing the jacuzzi, had not been emptied for a while. It took another 2 days for them to be emptied after I complained to the owner about it. This resulted in me having a constant stream of flies in my room when I had the patio door open. It's not ideal when you want to sit on the balcony. Or when you want to cook some food. I then decided to check my room and have a good look and make sure everything was clean after this. I found bits of dry blood splattered on the toilet door, and a couple of the cupboard doors were soiled in dried food. Maybe I'm being picky to a certain extent, but my room was never cleaned during my stay, and I was never given any clean towels or bedding. Im just wondering what my €75 cleaning fee was spent on.

Positive: Alles super. Schönes Zimmer und sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Hatten Stromausfall und ich wurde bestens versorgt. Perfekter Urlaub, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe und sehr gute zentrale Lage. Und...schön ruhig. Das war spitze.
